How We Do Business

  • Are you bonded and insured?
    We are bonded and insured, and background checks are run against each person in each team we work with. This is one of the major benefits associated with using our business over an individual who may claim to take these precautions but does not.
  • Do you offer deep cleaning?
    As far as deep cleanings go, you'll be pleased to know that all of our cleanings are deep cleanings. The only things that are considered additional are inside of the fridge, inside of the oven, and interior windows.
  • Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?
    No. We discuss specific access to your restaurant during our walkthrough.
  • Who's responsible for the supplies?
    We can provide it for a fee or the restaurant can choose to provide them. We will provide a list.
  • Security/Entry
    Security is a major concern for us. Our policy is to lock the door while we are cleaning and to not allow access to unknown people. For these safety reasons, please do not ask our cleaning professionals to allow access for workmen during the time we are cleaning.
  • Payment
    We accept checks or direct deposits from restaurants, bars, and offices for daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning. And We will send an official invoice at the end of the job with the description of the services rendered and hours mentioned as well as how many people were involved, with the rate per hour/per person or a flat rate per day/per person for periodic cleaning needs. (This will be discussed and agreed upon before the beginning of the job).
